Open Healing Days, Easter Retreat and Christmas Retreat
Cancellations more than two weeks before the start of the course will be refunded in full less an administration fee of DKK 300. If you cancel less than two weeks before the start of the course, you pay 50% of the price. If you cancel less than three days before the start of the course, you pay the full amount.
The Way of the Heart groups
By enrolling in the Ignatius and Way of the Heart groups, you commit to paying for the courses for one year at a time. The invoice will be split per course, but regardless of whether you participate or not, you are liable for the payment of both courses.
Instalment plan
If you wish to instalment a course, there is an administration fee of DKK 500,-.
Pilgrimage to Montserrat
Your enrolment for Montserrat will be registered once we have received your deposit of DKK 5,000.00. The balance must be paid no later than two months before departure. Deposits are non-refundable unless the trip is cancelled. However, you can take out an insurance policy with Europæiske that covers the full amount in connection with illness, etc. with illness etc.
Books from Forlaget Ignatius
Books are shipped with PostNord and the delivery time is approximately 2-7 business days in Denmark. You have a 14-day return and warranty period. Returned books must be unused and undamaged. You pay for the return postage yourself. If the packaging is damaged upon receipt, you must immediately deny receipt to the postman. If the postman is not present upon receipt, you must return the parcel to the post office as soon as possible, unopened. If the contents are damaged, you must file a complaint with PostNord within 7 days of receipt.
