The purpose of the group is over time to pass on the exercises and meditations that Eva Høffding received from Bob Moore during the last ten years he lived. Bob Moore’s exercises are passed on the course in an interaction with the healing meditations – currents that Eva Høffding got to know at Casa de Dom Inácio in Brazil.
The meditations and exercises were given to a smaller group over the last 10 years of Bob’s life, and the group received the last exercises from Bob three weeks before he left this world. While still alive, Bob emphasized that these meditations and exercises are only for people who have had an immersive meditation practice for many years.
You can perceive this group as a space where you can have a special immersive focus on your personal and spiritual process. In addition, there is the opportunity for a rewarding exchange and feedback in the group.
Night
The overnight stay at the retreat is included in the retreat price. If you want to arrive a day before the retreat or stay an extra day when the retreat is over, Hærvejens Ferie price is DKK 350 per person per night. Extra nights are booked by contacting Ignatius Healing and Retreat.
Dress
It is an advantage that you come in white or light clothes the 2 out of the 5 days where we work with healing meditations. The Spiritual Ministers work most easily through the white colour.

This course is aimed at people who have experience with Bob Moore’s work, and therefore requires approval before enrolling. We will get back to you quickly with notification if you are admitted to the group.
